What is VouchTrader?
VouchTrader is a free trust profile for people who buy and sell on Facebook Marketplace and in trading groups. Your profile shows who has vouched for you, when they did it, and how many deals you've confirmed with other traders.
Why do I sign in with Facebook?
Every trader and every voucher signs in with a real Facebook account, so a vouch is tied to a real person rather than an anonymous comment. We only use your name and profile photo, and never post anything to Facebook.
How do I get vouches?
Send a vouch request by email from your dashboard, or share your personal vouch link with people you've traded with. They sign in, confirm, and their name and photo appear on your profile with the date.
What counts as a confirmed deal?
Either trader records a completed deal from the other person's profile. It only counts once the other trader confirms it, so deal counts can't be inflated by one side.
Is it free?
Yes. Creating a profile, collecting vouches and recording deals is free.
Is a vouch a guarantee?
No. Vouches are other traders' opinions of their own experience. Always use safe payment methods and your own judgement — VouchTrader just makes the evidence easier to see.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. Your profile, vouches and deals are removed permanently.
